Jim is a fully qualified Driving Standards Agency (DSA) Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).  He is a grade 6 instructor - the highest grade awarded to ADIs and will be your instructor for the duration of your training.

He became an ADI after completing 22 years service in the Royal Air Force. During his time in the RAF, Jim was a Senior Instructor and a pioneer of many new training initiatives, including the provision of support for students with learning difficulties.

Jim believes in putting the needs of the student first, recognising everyone learns at a different pace and requires different teaching styles. He uses the latest teaching methods which have proven successful. Jim continues to update his skills and knowledge through Continued Professional Development (CPD) training.
